Introduction
This Privacy Policy outlines [Thailand Insight Travel] (" we " or " our ") practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at [http://www.thistravel.net] (" Site "), wish to book their tour with us, and submit their payments through Omise. This Privacy Policy intends to comply with the regulations of Omise Thailand and Thai PDPA law [Thai Personal Data Protection Act].
The personal data we collect
When you make a payment to us via Omise payment link, you will be asked to provide us certain details such as: full name, email, mobile number, other related information, and your credit card information. Your credit card information will be securely processed and protected by Omise Thailand. We do not collect your credit card information.
Grounds for data collection
We collect your personal information in order to accept your booking, process your payment, arrange a pickup from your hotel, arrange a meeting with our licensed guide, and deliver our travel service to you.
Data retention
We will retain your personal information in our secured database for one year after your travel date. We neither retain nor access your credit card information. Your credit card information will be securely processed and protected by Omise Thailand.
User rights
You may request to:
1. Request an erasure of your personal information.
2. Request a copy or a disclosure of your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
3. Request an update or a rectification of your personal information that is in our control.

Information Sharing
We may share your information to
1. Our booking engine, Bokun, so that we can accept your bookings through this booking engine.
2. Our payment gateway, Omise Thailand, so that we can accept your payments through this payment gateway.
3. Our insurers, Muang Thai Insurance, so that we can issue the travel insurance policy with your name written on it and reimburse your medical cliam.
4. Our professionally licensed guides and our tour operation partners, so that we can pick you up from our hotel and contact you on your travel date.
5. Our social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor, and Viator. With your permission, we will publish only your name and your photos with our guide after you write us a review on TripAdvisor or Viator or our paper form. Other personal information will not be published. You have the right to request an erasure of your name and your photos at any time by writing to our email: hello@thistravel.net
6. We will not share your information to any other third parties not listed above without your consent.
